These terms are between Daxera and the person using it. Plain words, because an agreement somebody cannot read is not an agreement they have made.

What Daxera is

Software that helps organise your life and household through Dax and specialist assistants for money, wellbeing, home, learning and legal information. They explain, prepare and keep records. They are software, not people or qualified professionals.

What you are responsible for

• Your decisions remain yours. Check important information before relying on it or sharing it.
• Professional help still matters. Daxera does not provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. It will tell you when a qualified professional is the useful next step.
• Use information lawfully. Only add information and documents you are allowed to use, and do not use Daxera to harm or deceive anyone.
• Protect your account. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think somebody else has used them.

What we are responsible for

• Running the service with reasonable care and keeping your data separate from every other account.
• Applying the permissions and safety limits described in the product.
• Telling you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you.

Your data is yours

You own everything you put in and everything produced for you. You can export or permanently delete it from your account. We do not train AI models on it, sell it or use it for advertising. See Privacy.

The systems you connect

You choose which outside systems to connect. We ask for the narrowest access needed for the feature and show you what a connection permits. You can disconnect a system at any time.

Paying

Prices, trial terms and anything included in a plan are shown before you pay. Subscriptions are billed in advance. If a plan allows automatic capacity additions, the price and control are shown with that setting. Cancel whenever you like and your subscription stops at the end of the period already paid for.

What we do not promise

AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. We do not promise that an answer or draft is correct, that the service is always available, or that a model provider never changes. Daxera is a tool for organising information and preparing work, not a substitute for your judgment or a qualified professional. To the extent the law permits, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding three months; rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Ending it

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is used to harm someone. If we end a paid service without cause, we refund the unused part. You can export your information before closing your account; permanent deletion removes the account data, subject to records we must keep by law.

Changes

We will tell you before these terms change in a way that matters, and you can leave rather than accept the change.
